Platform fee: 60SellNow charges an 8% fee on every successful transaction based on the highest accepted bid. This fee is automatically deducted before funds are released to the seller.
Buyer costs: Buyers are responsible for all credit card processing fees and all shipping and delivery costs. These are calculated at checkout and added to the final bid total.
Escrow / payment hold: Funds are locked for both buyer and seller until the buyer confirms receipt of the item. If the buyer does not confirm within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, funds are automatically released to the seller.
Identity verification: By creating an account you consent to the collection and encrypted storage of your government-issued ID for identity verification purposes. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Seller obligations: Sellers must ship promptly after accepting a bid. Sellers must upload photos of the item packed and sealed with the shipping receipt visible. Excessive bid declines will negatively impact your seller rating.
Buyer obligations: Winning bidders must complete payment. Failure to pay after winning an auction will negatively affect your buyer rating and may result in account suspension.
Non-fulfillment penalty: Failure to complete a won transaction results in a 5-day auction block and an automatic 1-star penalty on your account rating.
Account ratings: All accounts build ratings based on transaction completion rates and responsiveness. Poor ratings may limit access to auction rooms.
